General questions
Which products can I purchase at PICKMOTION?
You can buy all the products you see in the current PICKMOTION catalogue and in our B2B shop. These include postcards, folded cards, condolence cards, magnets, art posters, calendars, planners, family planners, birthday calendars, key rings, photostrips and the corresponding displays.
How do I get a print catalogue?
If you would like to receive a printed catalogue, please send us your contact details by e-mail at kontakt@pickmotion.de or call us at +49 (0)30 20 23 85 500. If you are an existing customer, you can also download the PDF version of our current catalogue from our B2B page via the Retailer's Info -> Downloads tab.
How can I contact PICKMOTION?
You can reach us Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00 by phone at +49 (0)30 20 23 85 501 or fax at +49 (0)30 20 23 85 509. You can also send us an e-mail at any time to sales@pickmotion.de, which we will answer as soon as possible.
How can I contact my sales representative?
You will find the contact details of the sales representatives in your area on the last two pages of the current PICKMOTION catalogue. Otherwise, you can also request the data at sales@pickmotion.de.
How do I get access to the online shop?
Send us an e-mail to kontakt@pickmotion.de and we will send you your personal access data as soon as possible.
When can I order Christmas items?
You can order the Christmas items at any time. We will deliver them from September of the current year.
At which trade shows can I take a look at PICKMOTION products?
On our B2B page you can see which trade shows we will be participating in via the tab "Retailer's info" -> "Trade shows". We will also inform you in good time about an upcoming trade fair via our newsletter.

Are there any recommendations for the display configurations?
We would be happy to create an individual configuration for you. Please contact your sales representative for this.
Can I put together my own personal "dream display"?
In the B2B shop you will find a large selection of different displays for the products. There is something for every wish. Of course, you can choose the motifs yourself.
Are PICKMOTION products environmentally friendly?
All PICKMOTION products are printed climate neutrally and produced in the EU. Any CO2 emissions are offset by climate protection projects run by our climate protection partner "Climate Partners". In order to save resources, we sell most of our products without packaging (e.g. postcards and magnets). If there is no other way, we use recyclable packaging made of 100% recycled PET (Art Poster) or 100% recycled paper (sustainable greeting card).
In addition, we have been planting new trees in local forests once a year since 2022. For every new customer we plant a tree!
I need the Pickmotion logo and/or product images - How can I get them?
Feel free to email us at marketing@pickmotion.de and we will be happy to send you up-to-date and appropriate materials.
I would like to make a complaint/criticism/suggestion for improvement/idea/praise - Where can I address this?

Is the B2B shop the only way to place an order?
No. You can also always place an order via our field service as well as by e-mail to bestellung@pickmotion.de or by fax to +49 (0)30 20 23 85 509. However, orders over the phone are not accepted.
Questions about the online shop and your order
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is 150€ net. From 250€ we deliver free of charge.
What are the shipping costs for a delivery?
From an order value of 250€ net, you will receive your goods free of shipping costs. Otherwise, the shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €5.90, to Austria €11.90 and to France €14.90.
What payment methods are available?
You can easily pay on account with us.
What are the delivery times?
The delivery time to you is 3 to 5 working days within Germany and can take up to 12 days in international shipping. Your order will be processed by our order management and warehouse in 1-2 working days, depending on the order volume, and then handed over to the logistics service providers.

My order does not seem to be complete - What to do?
We always strive to send your order to you in full. However, should there be any errors or incompleteness, you are welcome to notify us at bestellung@pickmotion.de, stating your customer number and delivery note number. We will then immediately take care of a subsequent delivery.
Can I have my order delivered at a later date?
Yes. Via our B2B shop, you can specify your desired delivery date in the comments field. If you would like to place your order via another way than our online shop, you can also indicate the desired delivery date by e-mail or fax. You can also inform the responsible field service of the desired date.
Can I add items to my order later?
Due to internal operational procedures, it is not possible to add items at a later date. Please place these items with your next order.
I don't have much time and would like to continue my order at a later date. Is that possible?
The shopping cart is stored on your device via cookies. If you log in with the same device and have allowed cookies from our website, you can continue your order. If you refuse cookies and/or use adblockers or browse in private mode, the order will unfortunately not be retained.
I would like to order a new display, how can I do that?
Under the section "Displays" you will find a large selection of displays for our products. If you are not sure which display is right for you, we will be happy to advise you! Please contact us by e-mail at sales@pickmotion.de or by phone at +49 (0)30 20 23 85 500.
I have created a new display and would like to exchange it for my old one. How do I do this?
Simply write your request for a display replacement in the note field in the "Checkout" area or contact our colleagues in the ordering department at bestellung@pickmotion.de or call us on +49 (0)30 20 23 85 500.
How do I find the right products?
Use our filter options in the product categories. You can also access our themed worlds such as occasions, sayings, animals and much more. In addition, you can enter the SKU number of the desired product in the search field above to find it immediately.
I can't find one of the motifs in the B2B shop. Who can I contact?
As a rule, all available products are stored. However, if the desired product cannot be found, you can enter your desired motif in the note field in the "Checkout" area.
Organisational issues (returns, invoices, credit notes, shipping, etc.)
Where can I change my password?
You can change your password at any time under "My account" -> "Overview".
Can I return my order?
You can only return seasonal goods in consultation with your sales representative.
Where do I have to send my return?
Please place your return in a sufficiently stamped package and enclose the fully completed return slip. Please then send the package to the following address: Wilke Logistik GmbH, Retouren Pickmotion, Forster Str. 90, 03172 Guben, Germany
Do I have to pay the costs for the return myself?
Yes, the return is at your own expense.
I have received a credit note. How can I apply it?
If you have received a credit note, you must offset this against the next invoice yourself. If you pay by direct debit, we will offset it.
I have not received an invoice for my order. Who can I contact?
You will receive the invoice as soon as the goods have been dispatched. If you have not received an invoice, please contact us by e-mail at buchhaltung@pickmotion.de or by telephone on +49 (0)30 20 23 85 502.
The display/the goods arrived damaged. What should I do or who can I contact?
In the event of damaged goods, please contact us with your customer and delivery note number by e-mail at bestellung@pickmotion.de or by telephone on +49 (0)30 20 23 85 500.
The wrong items were delivered by mistake. What can I do?
We always strive to ship your order as quickly and correctly as possible. However, if there are any errors with your order, please feel free to notify us at bestellung@pickmotion.de with your customer and delivery note number. We will contact you to clarify the matter.
